Kim spent 2 hrs reviewing the 4 huge oak trees we have. She walked through our yard with us and made recommendations as to how we can best care for all our plants.
We hired her team and they did an incredible job trimming our trees which overhang our home. They roped down the cuttings and hauled 2 large dumpsters away. We also have power lines on 2 sides of our yard.
When the crew was done, our yard, roof and deck were cleaner than before they got here! We were extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service from the Tree Lady Co. and her team.

The Tree Lady Company didn't forget any tools or equipment...I am so pleased for an amazing Job.. Everything went like a breeze! They started in the morning and by the afternoon they were finished. We have used them twice and both time you took care of us. Today was a big job. You had to get us a crane to remove a large tree off our barn. My husband was so proud of the professionalism of your team. you would think he owned them. Our job was not small but it was done in no time and totally cleaned up. We had to do nothing. I have used The Tree Lady for many years now. The crew always arrives on time. My yard is actually cleaner than when they arrived. The cost is very fair. They are extremely honest and reliable. There are never hidden costs at the end. The cost has always been what was estimated. They schedule the work based on my schedule, not what is best for them. I will never use any other company!

Kim Paulson is incredibly knowledgable professional and expert indeed and surely is top in class in her field as a licensed Arborist. Kim provided fantastic assessment of the good health of our 40' Queen Palm tree we sadly lost during Hurricane Milton. She also accessed our other tree on our property of which we are going to likely utilize the tree removal services of The Tree Lady company. One sign of a great company is how they do customer service so very well. Danielle who handles calls and setting up appointments etc is excellent in what she does.
